Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
